This issue is probably related to the OneUI 7 Update on the S24 line with the Exynos 2400 SoC (as Oucuu reported), probably newer GPU drivers that Minecraft is not optimized yet to use.
I'm having the same problem with my Galaxy S24+ (Exynos 2400, Xclipse 940)
