Yeah, It seems like the capes were missing since 1.18.0 and I hope some day fix it
it stays loading indefinitely and won't let me use it
this happens sometimes when using a texture pack
I used one and I flipped the capes to all my skins, but when I remove the texture pack, the capes return to normal
I got it on Bedrock and Java but later it dissappear to me 😞
