I’m on iPhone 11 and I’m experiencing the same thing. It doesn’t help to log out and back in again.
Same issue for me too, it says I don’t have any minecoins but I do. I also bought some but all of a sudden it says 0 coins. And I’m playing on Xbox one btw.
What do you mean with my report not containing enough information? What exactly do I need to add?
