still an issue in 1.20.1, as far as i know it is caused by the way minecraft handles fullscreen (someone suggested it is caused by the 'fullscreen exclusive' display mode) the only way to prevent it is launching minecraft in windowed mode, so adding a borderless window display option in minecraft could fix this issue
