Updated effected version.
With the help of some IRC folks, I believe the resource pack did something and fixed everything (when i deleted it).
This can be resolved as invalid 🙂

Edit: It isn't actually a duplicate, The one you specified is about blocks not burning, mine is about things like beds not UPDATING when the blocks below them burn.
Different bug.
Easy fix. Remove your armor.

This has been around since before 1.4, Basically animals spawn on the grass, in the leaf blocks.
I would try with a Fresh MC...
However it may be a Linux issue.

Hmm my comment didn't go through...Anyway i found out it was Too many items causing the issue.
Be sure to check all the settings. Post your specs?
Set the privacy to Mojang.
I have never heard of this new parsing library. Do you know where I can find more information about it?
