World can also be interacted through the D-pad.
It is still not fixed. The world can be interacted but it will just highlight the block which you are pointing and it will not place the block. This bug still exists in Build 5.
Enchantment table is in the stone cutter.

Actually, that is the normal Enderman AI. This is not a bug.

Correction: This bug exists in Old world type.
One more thing :
When I changed the gamemode from creative to survival, the entities disappear. But when I changed the gamemode from survival to creative, the entities spawn again.
(this thing happens on infinite world type)
