Ok... give me a seed with this problem in every version of Minecraft.
How is this "intended".
That bug did not detail the splashing noises. As a matter of fact, I did search, but only for "water".
Confirmed on Amazon Kindle Fire HD 6 (4th Generation). Fire OS 5.0.1 Version: 0.12.3 Alpha.
