This bug hasn't been fixed yet, even in the latest snapshot 14w28b
In the latest Snapsnhot, 14w25b, the tellraw command for the setblock command works, but the website command does not
Did you try using the item's numeric data value?
Sorry this is void I just realised why it was dropping items
I don't think that it is a duplicate. This error will occur if you try to load new chunks
They should try and prevent the item duplication at least
