I also have a problem accessing a purchased mash-up on my iPad. I purchased 3 in the past month and one of them, Greek Mythology, is now locked after one of the recent updates. I tried both restoring purchases and reinstalling and neither worked. All 3 were purchased through my Apple account. Any way to get it back without having to pay again?
