I’m seeing this only with vertically facing pistons, not horizontal ones in the latest stable (1.16.221)
Another part of this bug: Custom tools with durability gain infinite durability when enchanted with any level of unbreaking.
Have seen this on non-edu worlds both before and after 1.16.210

This has something to do with the dye color of the wolf, but red is the default color. If you dye these red wolves, you can turn them other colors.

In 1.16, this now also applies to custom blocks
It could be that the world is too large for bedrock to handle. Also, the converter tools are not officially supported by Mojang Studios, so I don't think they will do anything about it.

Also, if you delete the XBLStoage.json file, you can sometimes get in. This makes me think this bug might involve Xbox Live
