No, if that's the case, MCPE-16276 (this issue) and MCPE-16225 would be closed since MCPE-15806 was created before either of those issues

Works as intended. You shouldn't be able to get path blocks via breaking grass.
I just read that your using PocketMine-MP. This issue is invalid since your using a third party program that interacts with your minecraft client. And besides that, I can't understand what you are trying to say
What do you mean when you said "maps do not work"? They work fine on my end.

Hold on, you said in the description of your bug:
"No mods/addons
No textures"
You just said you were using Plastic texture pack. Try the test again without the texture pack this time.
