I also experience this. First noticed it in a Savanna Village playing in 22w45a. Tried removing doors and replacing them. Tried putting doors in another position. Villagers will not open/close doors on their own. They can path find up to the door their bed or job block may be behind, but can't access unless I leave the doors open for them.
