What is a intended behavior?

I just really don't understand because I can play perfectly in the nether with no lag as well as on other servers or multiplayer. The second I return to my regular world all goes to hell. I have tried to save the file and force update/reinstall minecraft and nothing.... about 2 days ago I was able to play fine in the normal world and then I died and the problem started all over again. It's really a disappointment because I have never had this problem playing this game.
That happens sometimes when the program has been open for a while...but most of the time I'm just staring at space until i decided to quit and save
how are those duplicates?
there are no plugins, and this is single player. I can play fine in the nether, as well as on any other server including multiplayer. If I die or try to go out of the nether i just sit in space until minecraft crashes or goes to a cut of world.
Well I don't think I have any plugins. Right now I can play inside the netherlands, but if i go through the portal my world is messed up
Since I don't know what plugins are...I am going to have to say none.
