Yes for mine it happened to both villagers i have interacted with and those i have not...my village dropped from a LOT of villagers down to 2. i fed them and fed them till they bred, and then next day they were gone too- although my game was crashing alot post nether update, so maybe they were despawning when it crashed. my village is now down to 0 villagers. UGH!!

Oddly mine just started working again. so for me the issue lasted a couple of hours. So it just kind of went away.
