This is bds (windows version) issue, on windows if you start bedrock_server.exe using Java/Python code also characters UTF-8 don't work

I guess it only happening on windows, in my java project i have same issue, but on linux it working, its windows(system) issue
XD bro you need upgarde your "JAVA_HOME" and this is for Bedrock Dedicated Server not java and forge
You need disable "recipes unlocking" gamerule

I have the same problem when my world is big on my phone and computer I join about 15-20 seconds
This happens on bds when `server-auth` is seted to `client-auth`
Maybe you using ARM system
