No it just crashes

I do not use command blocks so I can't help

Ruined portals can not spawn on superflat worlds because Minecraft dose not work on it and it's a 1.16 update so it would not be updated because it's only 1.17

I set it to java but it went to bedrock

I says bedrock but its java

I am using a hp laptop I don't know the exact one though
