I've tested it in the newest snapshot (21w20a) and the issue doesn't occur anymore

Does only occur when on fast graphics.
With fancy or fabulous graphic settings it works fine.

It's only shown in a specific direction
and block lines only

The fix in 21w10a doesn't work.
FOV and speed still change
