You have cheats enabled because your personal gamemode is enabled and it is supposed to be Default but it is instead survival
Why is the Personal gamemode survival? It should be Default and it should be "disabled"
The feature of putting banners on shields is currently available only in Java Edition and You cannot put Protection 4 on a shield since it already absorbs 100% of the damage and it can only be enchanted with Unbreaking 3 and mending
Why is your version 1.16.61 that is only for PS4 but you put Nintendo Switch as the platform
