Hi, have exactly the same issue on different version of Minecraft: it was working fine on old version but not since your latest update of 29th Oct 19 which is pocket edition 1.13 for me. I'm also on iOS 10.3.3.
I also experienced this, though I believe that I only lost my inventory/ender chest contents after reverting back to 14w02c after testing 14w03b yesterday. Seemingly not all of my player data was lost as I logged in in the position that I logged out previously and still had the same number of XP levels. Would be very interested in a fix!
Exactly same issue for me on iOS 10.3.3 and iPad 4th gen; it has only stopped loading after update of 29th Oct 19 i.e. 1.13. Previously worked fine without any problems.
