What we are trying to say is, with 13w24b, we convert our texture pack, put it in the folder. We load up Minecraft, Options, Video Settings, Texture Packs, choose our texture pack. When it does, it doesn't say that it has been selected and the background, font, icons etc don't change. However when in a world, the texture are different, but very broken.
