They've never been in bedrock edition
This is still affected in the latest release
I have this same problem it also happens with things in the inventory as well, just beat the ender dragon on a sirvival world and got the elytra and its missing from where i put it in the legacy edition when i convert it to bedrock edition.
Pretty sure its a creative item obtainable only commands
