and it was a normal world not a super flat / buffet / or in the end

Well i got an Asus laptop.And when i opened my world (THANK GOD I HAD A BACKUP) it lagged and crashed.When i was back to my cracked launcher (i don't have the premieum version but i don't care) i looked at error and it said it had error -1.When i switched back to 1.13 pre 8 using the backup it worked fine.I tryed a lot with the pre 9 and always crashed... i even deactivated my texture pack and nothing happened.It still crashed.Yesterday i just finished a part of my underground dungeon base, A.K.A the end city bedroom and when i joined... BOOM! CRASH!Also the base was in the overlworld.
I saw the same problem!It got fixed,but in 1.13 pre 6 it is back.... I feel like this pre realease mostly broke than fixed.
