For some reason I recieved an email saying that this bug report is reopened. But I did not see the same issue in 1.16.1. Sorry for a very late reply.
and it is none of command's business.
dragon egg will still after killing this enderdragon which end crystal did not spawn correct although this is not the first time I kill the dragon
Sorry again. I forgot what I posted here. This is clearly happenning in 1.16.1. I can still reproduce this.
