Because in Chinese Simplified, the word "石头"(stone) does not mean "钻石头盔"(diamond helmet).I want to remove the diamond helmet when searching for "石头".

When you search for "石头" (stone in English), a diamond helmet will appear.Diamond helmets should not appear in the list
Other items also contain "石" for why these can't be found
