Hey there EVGENSYPERPRO! I've incountered this issue too, it can be found in almost any snow biome so there is no need for a seed I believe. Create a new world find a snow biome and observe!

Recently items have spread up to 10 blocks away from death point no matter how you die, just look around somewhere

Next time making a report please try to be more descriptive and use more words, however I believe the issue is the glow item frame is not in the same position as the item frame inside a item frame. Maybe change the description to 

Item frames with items frames inside don't line up with glow item frames with glow item frames inside, 

Steps to reproduce: 

1. Place a glow item frame and normal item frame on a wall

2. Place a item frame in a item frame and a glow item frame in a glow item frame

3. Observe

Observed results: the glow item frame is not aligned with the normal item frame

Expected results: they are both lined up

Hi. This issue is incomplete  because the issue makes no sense, I will try to answer as best as possible if you place oak then place a slab you can't place a candle on or it will float is that the issue? If so works as intended

Could be a lag issue. Happens to me. Does this occasionally happen with a few blocks at once or does it always happen

Does the player take damage or no? If not works as intended  I believe

This issue is incomplete , I can't understand the issue at all. What do you mean by despawn?

I didn't figure this out until yesterday but if you hit a dolphin it hits you back and attacks you, your friend probable hit it too much and the dolphin hit your friend back and killed them

Duplicate. To make sure to not duplicate I'll suggest the search feature. Try multiple terms such as mobs missing, mobs Dissapiar, pets gone, etc. If you find more than one result click on any and it will take you to the main post or it will take you to a copy post that is corrected in the replies

Is this a multi-player game such as lifeboat or hive? If so these servers tend to lag so that could be the issue. If it's a single player game lag could also be the issue same with realms too

 A few edits: I can't add a screenshot as the door will only do the bug for a second. And mobile screenshots are slow

Hello  on Android if you accidently hit the edge of your phone with your palm then the blocks to the side will break with might be the cause

If experimental mode is on the iron should generate more rarley

I can confirm. When my friend is in a specific world it goes on connecting to multiplayer game for a little bit then it will disconnect me

Does the boat dissapiar in already loaded chunks too? If so MCPE-108568 should be similar
