How is this resolved? I'm not playing with two monitors. I'm playing on a laptop.
I'm having the same issue. If I use the old launcher, it works fine. It's something with the new launcher.
Update: I can play if I use the old launcher. It's a problem with the new launcher.
This customer support is terrible. It's the worst I've ever seen.
