How is it a duplicate of MC-2349? that was from 1.4, long before you could even put walls underwater, they're not even vaguely related. And certainly not "works as intended."
ah, they changed the name between versions. that's annoying. I even checked for that, but didn't notice the subtlety of it.
of course, as the description says, the packs(i've tried more than one) work fine in last weeks alphas
that's "technically" true, but you can't pretend this doesn't break the function of underwater walls.
