MC-62217 sunflowers in sunflower plains have disappeared and the sunflower item drop is left there. The lower half of a sunflower plant is randomly scattered about the sunflower plains. There aren't any two-block high tall grasses. Duplicate

I just created a new world and everything is fine with the sunflowers and grass. but my original world still has the sunflower and tall grass issue. I don't know why this happened.
