Not sure how I uploaded an End screenshot here. I only did so on an End related bug. How did it show up here too?
I can confirm for 1.16.2
Destroying all of the end crystals that are emitting beams and redoing the procedure to resummon the ender dragon fixes this bug.

Seeing as you misspelled minecraft.net both times you mentioned it, it is possible you might have just not typed it correctly. Maybe check for other errors as well, such as maybe ,net or minceraft.net.
