This bug doesn't only happen at chunk borders.
@Justerfrog I think that's just a resource pack...
Was your inventory full at the time?
Do you have cheats on or already have the achievement/ got it on a different device?
The problem may be your monitor. If possible, upload a screenshot.
Not a bug. Change your UI profile. In Minecraft, click "Settings" > Click "Video" > Scroll to "UI Profile" > Change it to "Classic"

try turning off auto-lock in ios settings

Me too, I noticed that the Super Mario Mash-up Pack was missing.
Can confirm this for Minecraft 1.16.220, unfortunately. I could only recreate the issue with not being able to sprint. For the first issue about the half inputs, I recommend you set your in-game sensitivity to 100.
