Yes, the requirements are all fulfilled. And it's still not showing any crack even after not sleeping for 3 in game days, I even put my bed really close to the egg/s
This also happened to me on mcpe android version 1.19.51, and for my device it's a OPPO Reno 7 Z 5G
I have a similar problem as this, my platform is an android 13, with the affected version of 1.20.10.21 preview.
