I did exactly that?

Tried on Singleplayer 1.14.3 (new world)
Tried on Vanilla 1.14.3 server (new world)
Tried on PaperMC 1.14.3 server (new world)
I only have optifine installed but that doesn't matter on a server because that's client sided.
The servers and singleplayer is all vanilla, no plugins, no datapacks etc.

Just had a ton of chunks regenerate on me in the 1.14 Pre-Release. World is totally fine on 19w14b but as soon as I update it regenerates the chunks.

Also had the POI error when loading certain chunks, would crash the server.
