I saw you are using a texture pack. Try disabling it?
I have none activated. only have optifine
You should maybe send the crash report of the launcher into here, before your report gets marked as invalid
Also, you dont even have to press SHIFT, just swim into the ground
Have you maybe disabled the generation of structures in the world creation settings?
