This is somewhat a bug but mainly wont affect many people. This can easily be fixed by just restating your device or the game

this is not a bug! it is just not compatible on Xbox One
this is due to the new RENDERDRAGON system being implemented into the betas and is not perfect yet at finding the render distance for Xbox One
It is a storage issue this happened on my old amazon fire tablet and it showed low storage and it crashed and didn't save progress

This is a Xbox thing or unless if it is a series X or S I think the older ones are not perfect with hard drives. Remember I'm not a Mojang Employee it is what experiences I had on my own Xbox One S.
I think there is a piece of terrain inside the support of this structure and it is in a shattered savanna so you might see random structures do that sort of thing. There needs to be a rule were if there is a shattered savanna structures wont generate 50 blocks or less
I totally agree that it should be updated. It bothers me when I am used to the one on main bedrock edition.
