It's not the same bug. It only happens when they're going uphill, they don't stop pathfinding entirely they just can't go up, and it doesn't require pushing them to unstuck them. You have to move in a different direction and they'll follow you as long as it's flat. I did look through all the rabbit bugs before posting.
