its not Win10 exclusive, a Beta of Bedrock is available to every platform that has a Beta program, Android usually takes a while to get the update
Yep, they used to be black patterns, now the patterns are white on all fishes.
I have this exact same bug
and yes Richmond it doesn't occur when I Have both WiFi and data off, that's interesting
