I've added a video sorry it's really short I wasn't able to attach anything more then 10 MB Of video also I was holding the barrier to prove it wasn't a barrier blocking it

To try yourself get an ender chest then an anvil put them beside each other, stand on the ender chest and try walk up to the anvil

This happens to me sometimes too I think it might be lag but I'm not sure
