I am not very sure if it is the same because it happens only by y=255+ and not by high 254 or less. It only happens when you are out of the buildable world

The Command block from MC-67325 shows 2 NBT tags, does they need another Tag than only the command-tag?

Gamemode 2 isnt survival its the adventure mode and in the adventure mode you cant destroy and place blocks
