The resource pack works fine. The game crashes only sometimes when I attempt to join, usually when I have never loaded that resource pack before
I have loaded the resource pack on another world as well as reached to join that world and the resource pack is not broken

Seems like the bug happens when you load a world with a custom resource pack that wasn't loaded before

The bug seems to occur only on Linux operative systems. Had the same problem with another game too though!

The newest launcher java-free works fine for me on Fedora and it is not affected by this bug

It works for linux too, so it may probably be a work-around before the bug gets fixed!

Thanks, that fixed half of the bug! Now the message is only this: Error: Could not find or load main class net.minecraft.launchwrapper.Launch

@Ryan that's a problem for me too! I wanted to upload a map today and fix some bugs but I can't since I don't want to risk loading it on a snapshot

Apparently, the barrier doesn't show if particles are set to minimal! It works in any other particle setting though!
