This started happening last week for me out of nowhere. EnableLUA is set to 1 and it was still not working until I restarted my PC. Then it fixed. And then it came back the next day!! Even after an update for Minecraft, this is still happening.

Here. This is when I just logged on to minecraft. Everything is Silent. Even when I load a world or join a server.

Open a world that has a behavior pack and resource pack that has custom armor from blockbench.
2. Put the custom armor on an armor stand
3. Pause the game and take a Screenshot with minecraft's built in screenshot system.
4. View screenshot. For me, the chestplate was elevated over the head.
