I had the same problem but occasionally I was able to add fuel and take the product out.This happened only once though. 😞
I'm sorry but as I already mentioned in the report I got rid of this bug and I'm not able to reproduce it.
No it's not raining and the village is not in a desert.
I had the same problem.Punching a horse or giving it food usually helps.
