I think the solution is re-downloading Minecraft, I had this problem one hour ago and I re-downloaded it and now it's fine, I no longer have these strange lines.
I've already fixed it, had to re-download Minecraft. Well, thank you, for viewing this report 🙂
I forgot to say that this Bug affects both Survival and Creative.
