It did not happen again in the latest snapshot.
Sorry, I was at 20w13a. After replacing the server.jar file for 20w13b I went through a portal to the Nether Ceiling where we had built a base that uses Warped Plank half slabs. All the slabs had been removed from the game. It wasn't a case of them not being rendered. They were actually missing and could be replaced.
This occured when I updated the server to the latest snapshot 20w13b. Villagers also dissapeared.
