I see the main issue of the Zombies and Zombie Villagers not picking up/dropping excessive items has been fixed, however, Zombie Villagers can still pick up armor and won't drop it upon death. This is now the only remaining issue with my report

No. However, I have only seen this happen with Warped Stem and Nether Sprouts (through another glitch I reported)
The villagers will not pass through iron doors which read in the debug (f3) menu as closed. They will pass through iron doors which read as open, however. This is not a problem with Optifine, as it occurs when not using the addon.
