there is no bug regarding the textures, the repeater creates a bedrock textured bar when powered by another repeater at a 90 degree angle
This is an issue with the game as moving pistons do not render properly when loading, this bug has been in game for 4 years so it’s best to turn them off before logging out as they have a rare chance of becoming a malware or crash block that may damage the save file! Hope I was of some help
