Yes, Only when loading up worlds or joining servers
This same thing is also happening on my Nintendo Switch Edition Of Minecraft, The Cursor keeps jumping around randomly whenever i open up my inventory in-game, gets annoying real quick, hopefully theres a fix for it soon
Im having some of the same similar issues but yeah each time i move around in-game or break any blocks i either get hit with the exit code -1073740791 or it comes up with a Java Exception_Violation_Error or it comes up with a Java Stack_Buffer_Overflow error message and so idk where exactly to go from here, i downgraded my graphics card a few versions back and that had no effect on it and this happens across multiple variants of the Java Minecraft Launcher everything from MultiMc to The AT Launcher so idk if theres a solid fix for this issue yet, anyways heres my crash log from the official Minecraft Launcher:
