The world is in a 2-part zip file due to the Mojira attachment size limits, and both files must be downloaded and placed in the same folder before the .zip file is opened.
I cannot reproduce this reliably, this is the first time I've recorded the resulting broken block. This error occurs seemingly randomly, and very rarely. Maybe 1/100 with my usage patterns.
