This Should Actually Be A Feature, As It Will Fit Skeletons Spawning Without Bows In Soul Sand Valleys.
This Bug Isn't Fixed, It's Still In The Game.
the bug is just some sorta graphical issue when loading the game, you an fix it by reloading the world.
