It was created in 1.8.9 mcpatcher version but i tried to reproduce it on the same seed in same area but i couldn't so idk whats wrong
Turns out i cant reproduce this world is the only one it happened in even in the same seed and area
Heres the seed and coords in same attachment
This has been resolved I had to update windows to fix the issue.
