This exactly. This is the PC version of the game, and the fact that a simple mouse sensitivity option isn't all-encompassing is completely unacceptable. Yes, even at 0 the sensitivity is enormously way too high. Even the original Java Edition is pushing it. We need to be able to enter an EXACT value, with 0 being no sensitivity at all. I've reported this issue several times and am becoming extremely frustrated. Borderline unplayable!
And to think this will be the new default version of Minecraft...
